  1. What got you interested in starting a virtual assistant company?

I noticed most often business owners and entrepreneurs struggle to hire and retain qualified and skilled talent and they run out of time, money and end up tired and frustrated trying to do everything. I think that was the beginning of my thought process and I set myself to provide virtual back office solution for busy entrepreneurs and businesses. We offer instant access to qualified and skilled professionals and can give any company, small or large, access to the top talent they need. We have one of the strongest hiring models in the industry insuring that we have the strongest workforce out there.

  1. How have you gone about promoting your company and what’s working for you?

We build mutually beneficial business partnerships in complementary industries and spread awareness about our business throughout a group of like-minded people. We set up meetings with those who express an interest in getting to know more about our business. We encourage our customers to talk about their experience using our business and ask for referrals to promote our business to the people they know. I strongly believe that there is no tool more powerful than people talking with their family members or friends about your product or the quality of your work. It is important to build your business through word of mouth or referral. If you have done things right and your customers are happy with the task performed than they would gladly refer you to their family members or friends.

  1. What are some ways virtual assistants can be beneficial for entrepreneurs?

Entrepreneurs are a busy bunch of people. There are so many things to think about and execute as an entrepreneur. This can be challenging, frustrating & stressful.

Entrepreneurs can use virtual assistants for everything from administrative support to personal assistance. By outsourcing the day to day back-office tasks, such as online research, database entries, excel spreadsheet management, bookkeeping, managing email, social media management etc, the business owner has more time to focus on building business and generating more revenues.

  1. What are some challenges you face in your business?

Well, there are many roadblocks and challenges along the way, but for me, the major one is figuring out the right marketing channels and cost-effectively reach new customers and this is a key factor for our business to be successful.

  1. What are your future plans for 2015 and beyond?

I see huge growth in 2015 as we will continue to design innovative services and provide outstanding and personable service for our customers. I’m completely confident that we can both undercut the competition and offer way better quality than my competitors do.
