In this episode I had the opportunity to interview Tena Pettis who is the owner of TenaciousEdge.com. She has a team of 3 people that work with her to help businesses with their social media presence online. Her team also helps companies with graphic design to go hand in hand social media branding.
During the interview we discuss the importance of building relationships through social media sites like Twitter and Facebook. Tena discusses why it’s important to engage with your fans and followers by reaching out to people through Twitter and staying consistent with replying to even simple comments on Facebook status updates.
She also talks about some of the recent success her team has had selling online training courses such as Rock Your Social to help businesses learn how to use social media to increase their online presence.
